To begin with, all machines must be set up under a waterproof cover and kept out of direct sunlight. Regarding collections, please note that we do not offer night-time pickups; consequently, collections will occur the following day only.
Additionally, we require a bond on all bookings. Rest assured, we will return this once we have successfully collected the equipment. Furthermore, for safety and insurance reasons, we do not permit customers to move the equipment to or from venues themselves.
Please also note that while you can hire either the home or venue package for a home party, events held at external venues must book the specific venue package. In terms of accessibility, we are unable to carry jukeboxes upstairs. Finally, our full Terms and Conditions are available upon request.
